One of our signature services is managing work place injuries. Our team has over 10-years experience assisting workers to manage their injuries and return to work as soon as possible. Not only do we provide physiotherapy services to reduce pain and get you moving but we also ensure you have the strength and confidence to return to work with our Work Related Activity Programs (WRAP).
Our location at Lakeside Leisure Centre ensures you have all the equipment required to meet the physical demands of your work. We communicate with your GP, specialist, insurer, rehab provider and other relevant parties to discuss and manage your case to ensure you get the best outcome.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Physiotherapy
Adelaide graduated from Charles Sturt University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2022. Adelaide has a special interest in Women’s Health, musculoskeletal care and dance injuries.
Adelaide’s clinical focus includes exercise prescription and education across the continuum of pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and pelvic floor health. Adelaide is also experienced in assessing and managing injuries to dancers and athletes, with a particular interest in foot and ankle injuries. Her goal-oriented approach focuses on restoring strength, control, and functional movement, including pre-pointe assessments and readiness training, to ensure a safe return to performance.
Outside of the clinic, Adelaide is an active member of St Michael’s Cathedral Wollongong – co-leading in the children’s programmes. She enjoys ballet and baking (if only as an excuse to eat lots of cake)
