Adelaide graduated from Charles Sturt University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2022. Adelaide has a special interest in Women’s Health, musculoskeletal care and dance injuries.
Adelaide’s clinical focus includes exercise prescription and education across the continuum of pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and pelvic floor health. Adelaide is also experienced in assessing and managing injuries to dancers and athletes, with a particular interest in foot and ankle injuries. Her goal-oriented approach focuses on restoring strength, control, and functional movement, including pre-pointe assessments and readiness training, to ensure a safe return to performance.
Outside of the clinic, Adelaide is an active member of St Michael’s Cathedral Wollongong – co-leading in the children’s programmes. She enjoys ballet and baking (if only as an excuse to eat lots of cake)
