Dry needling involves using a fine filament needle to penetrate the skin and release trigger points (taut bands of muscle) in the underlying muscle to reduce pain, improve movement and function.
Our trained physiotherapists utilise dry needling in conjunction with mobility and strengthening exercises to provide an optimal formula for sports injury recovery and general day to day musculoskeletal aches and pains.
